Check in 3:00 pm (15:00 hrs), check out 10:00 am (10:00 hrs)
Arrival times: regularly 3:00 pm (15:00 hrs) to 7:00 pm (19:00 hrs)
Arrivals later then 7:00 pm (19:00 hrs) must be prearranged and agreed upon

Cancellation and Deposit Policies

One Room Maximum Two Nights requires two weeks notice, failure to cancel reservation in the time stipulated results in one night charge. Registering a room requires a deposit of $25.00 which will be applied to the outstanding balance upon arrival. If cancellation is made outside of the policy term the deposit is non refundable.
One Room Three or More Nights Or Multiple Rooms requires one months notice, a deposit of 50% accepted by telephone or PayPal on-line (PayPal fee applies) by Visa or MasterCard at the time of registration. Failure to cancel reservation in the time stipulated results in non refundable deposit. If reservation is cancelled outside the policy term of one month, a $25.00 deduction is taken from the deposit at time of refund.
