• No guests received after 9:00 pm (21:00 hrs.)

• Cancellation for One Room, One or Two Nights:
• Registration deposits of $25.00 are non refundable.
• Cancellations made with less than two weeks notice prior to the arrival date/check in time or no shows will be charged one night's room plus tax.
• Cancellation for One Room, Three or More Nights and Multiple Rooms:
• A refund of deposit minus $25.00 registration fee will be returned if cancellation notice is received one month prior to arrival date/check in time.
• Cancellations made with less than one-month notice prior to the arrival date/check in time will result in forfiture of deposit.
• Deposit for One Room, One or Two Nights:
• Reservations must be guaranteed with a Visa or MasterCard.
• To confirm your reservation, a deposit of $25.00 is required at the time of registration; this deposit will be deducted from the outstanding balance upon arrival if applicable.
• Deposit for One Room, Three or More Nights and Multiple Rooms:
• Reservations must be guaranteed with a Visa or MasterCard.
• To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of registration; this deposit will be deducted from the outstanding balance upon arrival if applicable.
